Couples Therapy

Couples often seek therapy when patterns of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding feel repetitive or difficult to change. Conversations may return to the same concerns, leaving both partners feeling unheard or discouraged.

Couples therapy offers a space to slow these interactions down and to understand the emotional patterns that develop between partners over time.

Therapy can help reduce immediate conflict, while also creating space to understand the deeper dynamics that give rise to it. As this understanding develops, new ways of relating often emerge more naturally.

I work with couples across a range of identities and relationship configurations, including LGBTQ+ couples.
